The Executive Committee and the Management Committee
Orkila is managed by an Executive Committee supported by a Management Committee.
The Executive Committee, as Orkila’s primary decision making body in matters of overall strategy, has investment authority and is responsible for submission to the Group’s main Board of Directors.
The Management Committee is responsible for the implementation of decisions taken by the Executives Committee and acts in a coordinating role in order to optimise Orkila’s regional performance.

• Antoine Sacy :
Antoine has over thirty years experience in the global pharmaceutical & chemical industry. His multicultural background, linguistic skills and particular expertise in the Middle Eastern & African markets has enabled him to successfully develop businesses across the region.
• Christophe Sacy :
Christophe joined Orkila in May 2007. He worked previously at AXA Investment Managers as a Structured Credit Investor in Paris for 4 years. Prior to that, he worked at Cargill Investor Services in London. Christophe holds a master's degree in Finance and Asset Management from University of Paris IX Dauphine and a BS from Reims Management School.
• Steve Jenkins :
Steve has over 20 years experience of the chemical industry all of which has been gained working in an international environment.
During the course of the last ten years Steve managed Rhodia’s businesses in sub-Saharan Africa and the Gulf whilst based in Johannesburg and Dubai.
• Nicole Sacy :
Nicole worked for IBM Europe Middle East and Africa for over twenty years during which time she gained a wide experience of the international business environment.
During her IBM career, Nicole has managed the global logistics, distribution and marketing departments.
