The Orkila Group is led by a highly experienced Executive Committee combining decades of expertise in the chemical distribution and manufacturing sector. The Executive Committee is Orkila’s primary decision making body in matters of overall strategy and policy making and has investment authority.
Antoine Sacy, Founder, Chairman and CEO, has over forty years of experience in the global pharmaceutical & chemical industry. His multicultural background, linguistic skills and particular expertise in the Middle Eastern & African markets has enabled him to successfully develop businesses across the region.
Nicole Sacy, Vice Chairman and Head of Marketing, Communications and Human Resources. She has worked for IBM Europe, the Middle East and Africa for over twenty years where she gained a wide experience of the international business environment. Nicole has managed IBM’s global logistics, distribution and marketing departments.
Christophe Sacy, Chief Operating Officer, joined Orkila in May 2007 having worked previously at AXA Investment Managers as a structured credit investor in Paris for 4 years. Prior to that, he worked at Cargill Investor Services in London. Christophe holds a master's degree in Finance and Asset Management from the University of Paris IX Dauphine and a BS from Reims Management School.
Steve Jenkins, Vice Chairman, has over 35 years of experience in the chemical industry, all of which has been gained working in an international environment. Prior to the MBO, Steve managed Rhodia’s businesses in sub-Saharan Africa and the Gulf while based in Johannesburg and Dubai.
Audrey Sacy, Chief Financial Officer, joined Orkila in 2013. She previously worked as a Quantitative Analyst at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in New York, USA. Audrey holds a BSc in Economics from the LSE in London, UK and an MA in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University in New York, USA. Audrey is a CFA® charter holder.
|Serge Yeterian, Regional Advisor for Africa, joined Orkila in January 2010. Prior to joining the group, Serge held the position of UN Customs Expert for the Middle East and Africa, based in West Africa and Lebanon and finally at the organization’s headquarters in Switzerland. Serge holds an MSc from the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne.|
